drunkenmunky First time at Torfaen. Easy course, unfortunately the weather scuppered my plans for a pb. Was well on schedule up until approx 10 miles, when strong headwind and rain really kicked in. That combined with slight incline meant I missed out by 24 seconds. Was a little disapointed I missed pb, but really enjoyed race. Unaffiliated 1:27:01 1:28:59 1:28:00 1:28:59 65.61

Hanneke It is sub 1.50 or bust on this PB course :-) Waheyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! I would have gone sub 1.45 if it wasn't for the headwinds! Feeling strong throughout, what a race! 5km split a pb: 22.30, 10 km split a pb: 46.30 10 mile split a pb: 1.18.20 Woohoo! FELL PONIES 1:45:08 1:45:08 1:49:30 1:45:08 63.78

Running Caz All being well with my ankle, I hope to give this a good go. However, also have first x country of the season for the club on the Sat, so may have some seriously painful quads to say the least!?!?!
Wet and windy but I quite liked that. Legs were sore from the start from yesterday but got quite into it until about 11M where I started to hurt again (blisters (from wearing spikes day before), quad burn and general fatigue). QUite pleased though really as it was faster than Cardiff and was done on the back of a 45M week with some serious cross country the day before ..... great at excuses aren't I ;-) Cobra RC 1:36:29 1:46:50 1:45:00 1:46:50 61.30

Sweetie My race times this year have been awful but still hoping I might be able to improve on last years time. It is probably a risky bet though! FERC, ATAC 2:07:49 2:09:07 2:06:00 2:09:07 51.00
