olly1 First of all sorry to all the people that had a bet on my predicted time. Did not realise how tough the course actually was, well for me anyway. Have done very little hill work which showed when a one legged dog with very bad arthritis raced passed me on one particular steep section. I need to spend more time running the hills and less time on the treadmill. You just wait, next year Rover, I' ll be up those hills like a mountain goat. smash Hilly hilly hilly. First 2k were flat-ish. The next 6k wound up and up the mountain. Then there was a one-km descent, and then more flatness. I just plodded round, walked up some of the nastier hills, and then put on a bit of a sturt at the end. Tough but I'll probably do it again. Pegasus RC 53:05 58:01 58:01 51.27
