Beezgirl Mixed feelings about this one. Ran the first 1.5 miles quite steady and then started to pick up. The next 3 miles were really good and I felt like I was running within myself, though I ran with this really annoying man, who speeded up every time I went alongside him and then purposefully ran right infront of me and slowed down. He did several times - I was very annoyed. The final 0.5 mile was torture, but although a little dissapointed with the time, I was only overtaken by 1 person throughout the race and overtook quite a lot of people, so I must have run quite a good race. 9th Overall Redhill Road Runners 39:47 39:47 39:47 72.40

f2001 Pleasant course, mostly looping through woodland on hard trails with some sections on quiet roads. A few climbs - some (felt) steep. Unaffiliated 37:40 37:44 37:44 67.23

MAD Superman Time TBC Course changed from previous years and was actually measured at 5.9m - 6m (depending on which GPS you had) Either way - I had a cracking run. Broke 24 mins for 4 mile for the first time ever and finished with a hugh pb. Also finish 45th which was my best position yet, finishing ahead of running who I don't normally. It it was 10k I'd been on for 38mins. I'm still buzzing............. Needed that after the shambles at Newark half a few days earlier Course was mixture of trails and road but a few challenging undulation towards the end. Weather perfect. Vickyy Completely got my pacing wrong - went out too fast then blew up with two miles to go. Very disappointed but enjoyed the course route. Long Eaton Running Club 44:58 44:58 44:58 64.50
