SPKoF Perfect conditions. Still, cool evening and flat course. New PB but didn't work that hard for the first 3 miles. This course is a measured 5 mile so that time wont show up as a 5 mile PB as Fetch has it as 5.6 miles. sobs. Long Eaton Running Club 33:27 33:27 35:00 33:27 71.12
