CanaryYellow Course measured at 3.5miles on 4 different garmins, km markers not at all accurate. Course went up, up and up some more for 2.6 miles, final 0.9 miles downhill again. Wouldnt be a PB course at 5k never mind 5.6k. Fantastic value for money with a great goody bag. Maybe next year they will advertise it as a 3.5mile race instead. kiki.d Tried out the route last week. Phew!!!! the last stretch up to the water tower is really tough. Got round in 28minutes, would like to be faster as I have a few more weeks to get in some more hilly runs...knee permitting. 2nd lady, and faster than anticipated:-) :-) No niggles either so training has paid off, route longer than 5k (predicted 5k sub 24min) Lovely glass paperweight in goody bag...a really nice touch!
