Fitz If I can get through this one without pain, the marathon schedule is back ON! Fingers crossed... A little pain in the knees at 4km but not enough to halt me. A long way down on my PB but that's the result of very little training in the last two months. Pleased to finish, in an OK time, without severe pain. FERC 43:19 46:54 48:30 48:45 58.01
