ChrisU Quite a tough little race with lots of twists and turns and severely undulating. Went a bit hard after about 8 minutes before backing right off and settling for 5th position, but picked up later and moved up to finish 4th.

IanS Quite a fun race although the lack of mile markers (I didn't see any anyway!) made it hard to gauge your progress if you didn't know the course and didn't have one of these new-fangled GPS things. Well organised by Kilmarnock Harriers - well done folks
