Geprig Despite a congested start and a slow first K (5.03), things picked up and I managed a strong finish. Average 4min Ks over the back five. I would be happy to get under 42 mins. Definately do this one again. Bishops Stortford RC 38:57 42:30 42:30 66.23

kozzie PB,PB,PB.......what more can I say after trying to break the 60 minute barrier for bloomin' ages and I finally did it. Lovely run if a bit soggy at times and although it appears flat, there is a long, slow gentle climb around 7km. Very happy indeed. Ware Joggers 56:51 56:51 56:51 57.63

Micksta Pretty pleased with this result, much more possitive than last weekend at Manchester, took it nice and controlled at the start, then slowely increased the pace, 5k in 17:33secs felt good, found the course more hilly than I was led to believe, hamstrings stiffened at 7k, so last 3k was a struggle, but nice to dip under 36mins again! Invicta East Kent AC, Maidstone Harriers 34:33 35:30 35:52 74.49
PlodderRW AFTER: Really chuffed. Well bet lurvely legs and Andrew 65:0) Loads of people standing too near the front, way more than usual, I must have overtaken a few hundred in the first few mins, real problem pacing well. But who cares, smashed my PB. Can't stop looking at the time on the stop watch and grinning.
BEFORE: Mmm...how will I do? No idea, lots of mileage lately, but not much speedwork. What the heck, let's go for a PB. Unaffiliated 46:53 46:53 48:19 46:53 64.86
SH_UK 100 Marathon Club, Swanley & District AC 39:52 44:41 50:00 46:36 58.09
