kozzie PB,PB,PB.......what more can I say after trying to break the 60 minute barrier for bloomin' ages and I finally did it. Lovely run if a bit soggy at times and although it appears flat, there is a long, slow gentle climb around 7km. Very happy indeed.

PlodderRW AFTER: Really chuffed. Well bet lurvely legs and Andrew 65:0) Loads of people standing too near the front, way more than usual, I must have overtaken a few hundred in the first few mins, real problem pacing well. But who cares, smashed my PB. Can't stop looking at the time on the stop watch and grinning. BEFORE: Mmm...how will I do? No idea, lots of mileage lately, but not much speedwork. What the heck, let's go for a PB.
