Duncs Felt crap. Had to stop 3 times as stomach was dodgy. Going to bed now. 100 Marathon Club, Highland Hill Runners 35:33 36:31 35:00 36:31 59.27
garfieldhouse Do not bet, no chance of a PB based on recent performance. Update, actually a bit faster on this race that I expected, so very pleased. Averaging 8 minute miles again! Southwest Roadrunners 38:42 40:05 45:00 40:05 52.56

Heavyweight Watch time. Thoroughly enjoyed this track & trail race through the forest, a few ups & downs but nothing severe & a nice down-hill to finish. Was pelasantly cool with a little drizzle. Was well organised & very friendly. Probably should not have run as I had a bit of a hamstring niggle but was pleased with my time - a PB for an accurately measured 5 miles - I believe kintbury was a little short. Bit of a lottery what 'momento' you received at the end - not everyone got a horse brass. UKnetrunner 35:28 38:22 40:00 39:05 58.44
johntz Nice course, hard underfoot, slightly hilly. Went off like a train (as I do) blew up on the hill midway and slowly recovered by the end. This way of running seems to get me fast times (relatively speaking), but makes for painful racing. Splits were 6:54,6:31,6:56,7:05,6:34, average 6:48 which I'm v.happy about.
BTW I thought this was an officially measured distance? Sandhurst Joggers, Southern Navigators 33:01 34:05 34:05 63.96
Jonny Ran this 2 years ago in 33.53 so should be interesting to compare. Will try my best to beat it. Gave it my all from the start, legs were slightly tired from cycling on Monday. It was always going to be asking a bit much for a PB but pleased I just beat my time from 2 years ago, sorry to those who bet. A flat road 5 miler would be perfect for a PB at the mo. Slightly different course but still had a few hills. Mile splits (6.50, 6.44, 6.57, 6.53, 6.18) Unaffiliated 33:15 33:15 33:50 62.38
Konaboy All hard pack fire track over a fairly undulating course with many club runners led to some fast times. Little bit of drizzle helped mitigate high humidity. Nice horsebrass instead of medal at the end. Will do again. Reading Roadrunners 35:50 37:23 37:23 59.22

TomM Weather pleasantly cool, slight drizzle. Different course from 2 years ago - seems like more hills. Last half mile is all downhill, which means a fast finish though. Good race, good time. Shame it's marked as unofficial on Fetch. Stubbington Green Runners 42:37 46:21 46:21 53.55
