Jenson Beers and very little sleep weren't ideal preparation but knew I had to get round first 5k in 25 mins and hit each marker pretty much bang on. Really pleased. PB by over 6 mins. Lisrun Fairly cold day with light drizzle. Start and finish different from usual as the the usual area is being changed into a pedestrian area. Otherwise the same slightly undulating two lap course.
