paskha For some reason (time of year to wind down?) I hadn't done any running for over 4 weeks - apart from a few miles on the Thursday before this ... have checked my diaries ... I was having a nightmare time with WORK - I had started a P/T (squeezed into 3 days) job as cashier in a solicitors in Aug - and they didn't get me a computer for 3 months!! AND I still had all the self-employed work inc new software brought in to a firm I did monthly accounts for - things got worse in 2005 - and I've now given THE LOT up - well, it was either the work or my sanity that was going to go Mounts Bay Harriers 4:28:24 4:49:00 5:16:00 50.30
