Boba Very pleased with my time - a good improvement on last year. Was on for a PB at 10 miles by 2 minutes - until my legs gave up on the hills at miles 10,12. A very well organised race again, and a superb course.

Greenman Nice day for a change, quite sunny and mild for the end of November. Bit of a stiff wind which seemed to be against in all the wrong places. Still, managed to get under 1:25 and was 18th overall so I'm not complaining.

ThorntonRunner Again very well organised - wouldn't have liked to have been a wheelchair racer on the section being resurfaced. Disappointed with my time - have struggled since beating 1:30 at Leicester. I think that took a lot out of me, and I've struggled to get the training in I wanted to with the nights having closed in - I can only run 400m from home before there's no footpaths and no streetlights.

Tim Wilson Going well until 10 miles. 10 to 12 uphill into wind were very tough. Great race though very friendly and excellent organisation

Wingy I'm led to believe that Clowne is harder than Worksop, which was my first half marathon, so I'm aiming for the same time. The only upside is that miles 11 and 12 at Worksop were very hard and very slow, so technically I've got three minutes in hand. Update, ran 11 mile in 1:32, which gives me 27 minutes to complete the last two miles. So will I get a new PB, well i've bet 100 on myself. Yes I will, spot on. Enjoyed the race, found the final two miles hard into the wind, but the outcome makes it all worthwhile.
