stilldreaming Tricky conditions, but that's XC for you! Took it far too steady as race website said it was a 3 lap course, not 2 laps ... so could have pushed harder, had I realised. Apparently, race director told everyone at start of race, but couldn't hear what he said at the back! There's always next year, I guess!! Peel Road Runners 34:42 38:30 38:30 52.19

jdc Another good race, yet again for the 2nd week in a row wrong choice of footwear. Thought 9mm spikes would be ok when testing them out before the race, but they were too short , the groud was a lot softer and mudier than originally thought. Was a bit disappointed with my time, I was hoping to break 40 mins but was just outside. Overall I am happy with what I achieved today. Northbrook AC 33:01 40:35 40:00 40:35 47.92
