Should Av Run Quicker Good flat course and 3 laps. If they get the timing sorted out at the finish, I hope to break the 18min barrier this time all going well. Will be a bigger field due to it being part of a series. Could be worth a Bet. *****Well it wasn't forecast 23C, people were actually dropping out before 2k!! I just couldn't go any faster in the heat so 18 mins wasn't on the cards. My first lap was a bit too quick at 5.48min, had to drop back on 2nd as was struggling breathing in the heat, then managed a last lap 5.56min and came past quite a few who were also struggling in the heat****** Stockport Harriers & AC 17:18 17:49 17:59 18:12 74.90

Obigone I'm going to try to break the 20min barrier on this one! It was only my 2nd race ever last time, I want to see if I've improved any!**Update** Well first of all let me apologise to all those people who bet on me! But next time check the weather, if it looks like hot sunny don't bother!! God it was HOT!! blew up on the last lap, paid for starting too fast! Time is my watch time.
