Started running regularly in Jan 2007, signed up for the BUPA Great Manchester Run, found a training schedule and got hooked. Now run regularly 4-5 times a week and loving it.
2009 update: biggest target this year is to complete my first marathon - London in April. Eek. Other than that I just want to keep on running, chipping bits of my PB's as I go (esp 10K and half mara) and hopefully stay injury free!
