Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

well doesnt that always happen? Besides, do you consider that a 6 year old wont trash it in less than the 12 month warranty? She has already killed 2 computers :-)

My clever new radio automatically updates the time :) Still woke up ludicrously early, but the rugby came on at 6 so I'm watching that before breakfast and heading out.

morning yp1, it is raining here so I am glad I am not doing the race ;-) Wouldnt have stopped me though.:-)

Can I ask how long am I suposed to stop running with shin splints? I have not run for a week now, just done the cross trainer and today I should have done 10k as part of my BM plan :-(

It depends how bad they are and how long they hurt for...

It isn't raining here, although it's quite grey and looks like it has/will at some point.
