I havejust pulled out of my race on Sunday :-( Mind you stupid to try and run 10k when I am not fit enough, could only manage 20 mins on X Trainer this morning.

The SPOD sheet is complete as far as I can tell but if you guys send me your email addresses by fmail (if I haven't already got it I will send it on out tonight or tomorrow) :-)

Well done on pulling out of the race on Sun...there is no point in aggravating your injury just for the sake of it. Get the rest and recovery right and you’ll have plenty of time left to race and chase new PBs.

good decision H. Went for my 1st run since lurgy yesterday, and felt ok. Better to rest up I think.

HLS - it's a shame you've pulled out of it, I'm half considering doing it if my leg feels OK after HPTT on Saturday. After all, there is cake...

But not a shame if you're not fit, didn't mean it to sound like it is the wrong decision, just that it would have been nice to meet up and eat cake ;)

In fact with my running pace, we might *need* to stay two nights for me to finish my mile:(

Hmm. Just got an email about hellrunner. It mentions "the Bog of Doom and The Hills of Hell"... Sod, if you don't think I've recovered enough let me know if I should pull out ;)

srlsy though, I think I'll be OK for it, just need to find the oldest, dirtiest running kit I can...
