Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

lol....Haddi...it may of felt easy from a CV point of view but you were running too fast too soon for your injury (hence the pain). Now turn your desk to face the wall and write 100 lines "I must not run too fast when coming back from injury".

haddi, you can write another 100 lines "I will not write on a desk with a compass and I will do as I am told by SOD"

Sorry to hear that but at least it means there will be someone my pace at the mile ;-)

Got my training programme at the gym tonight - long run, recovery run, interval and speed work with core work in there as well - sounds a bit proper like, but it should get me fit enough to do the brass monkey with you lot in Jan :-) and no weights - hurray !!!!!

speaking of which, I think after Haddi's cautionary tale I won't even run the first lap because I'd be tempted to go off too fast...
