Not for me. Years of dedicated practice have enabled me to type using only my left hand

Haddi...just looked at your training log and all I can say is "you bloomin' fool"...and I mean that it a nice, you're a mate way
This morning 3.77m in 29:53 (av pace 7:56/mi) Tonight 3.24m in 26:54 (av pace 8:18/mi)
Both paces are waaaay to fast for someone who is just coming back from injury....slowly does it fella
Please, please, please...once you get recovered, come back slowly...build up strength and increase the pace slowly!!!
I hope you get sorted soon mate (and in time for Yarkshire Mile 2)...take it easy bud
*send healing vibes Haddi's way*
