....and the weight of a nation's expectation rests upon her.
The intensity of a GS tournament like Wimbledon was never going to help Murray's injury. Still, he toughed it out to five sets.

Shame, there were always questions about his fitness, I think they were answered today. ☹ I'm rooting for Federer now, I'd love to see him win an eighth title.

It's a shame it ended like that. Not sure if it was brave or foolish to carry on!

It wasn't fitness, he couldn't run or move properly due to his hip injury.

If you're injured, you're unfit. That's what I'm trying to say.

Ah, OK. I thought you meant more stamina-wise.
Cilic v. Querry - I'm expecting *loads* of long rallies

Sad for Murray but he was clearly struggling after set 3. He played well despite the injury I thought right up until set 5. Querry played well throughout and deserved his win. I'd have liked to see Muller win again today but I like Cillic too so am happy enough with the outcome.

Now Djokovic has left his match early due to injury so it'll be Berdych and either Federer or Raonic in the other semi.

Hmmmm, looks like it's Federer's to lose now. Sorry to see Djokovic have to retire, it's not been a good year for the current and former No. 1!!!
Currently cheering myself up by watching the mixed doubles
