Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

2 weeks of (hopefully) great tennis to look forwards to :-)

Can anyone challenge Serena Williams?
Will Djokovic keep his incredible grand slam roll going?
Can Lendl inspire Murray to win another grand slam?
Will any Brits apart from Andy Murray make it past the first round?
Is it acceptable to drink Pimms every night while watching the highlights? ;-)

Serena's been a bit shaky in the lead-up, so I think it's not a cert. Djokovic is the man to beat, but I'd really like to see Murray take him down in the final. Lendl seems to be very good for him, so I hope he gets his head straight. I reckon we will get 4 brits total through to the second round, just a guess but I think there's some positivity there.

And lastest, of course it's fine to drink Pimms every night - it's Wimbledon!

Chin, chin ;-)

I always think provided she gets past the first couple of rounds that Serena is virtually unstoppable on grass. She has such a fantastic serve. But I guess no one is invincible!

I'm hoping for a repeat on the 2013 final, Murray was so focused.

But what I also enjoy is the chance to catch players you don't really know battling it out on an outside court :-)

I absolutely abhor Pimms.

But I am looking forward to some quality tennis this week as I'm off work. Maybe a couple of cheeky gambles too...

I'm a bit envious JK but I do have Friday off so I hope there are some good matches then.

Another of the few advantages of being unemployed - I get to watch Wimbledon! Looking forward to it all.

Boing!

I've got the day off so I hope the rain stays away :-)

I've managed to catch a few matches in the evenings so far - the Radwanska-Konjuh one yesterday was a thriller until poor Konjuh twisted her ankle.

Good to see a couple of Brits still standing.

Got something to say?
