Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

[The month can be a bit annoying though Fleecy - not yet summer, but all the spring flowers and stuff long gone.]

The following things totally knob me off. The phrases… ‘Winning’, ‘wine o’clock’, ‘singing from the same hymn sheet’, ‘winner winner chicken dinner’ (since when did winning something ever finish in celebrating with abit of chicken ?) Parents boasting on how great their Son/Daughter is, ie: sooo proud of little Jimmy winning his Sports Day race today. Well go in the next room and fucking tell him then! Oh and Nick Knowles.

Yes - clown craze thing - not just annoying but bloody irresponsible and horrible really. Locally a couple of people have been caught hanging around by schools scaring kids. My 13 year old is worried about it - yes- I know that 13 year olds can get mass-hysteria as a peer group but she has anxiety about this. If I see one of those characters around here, they'll get a kicking.

Not just scaring children and people generally (eg. jumping out of bushes etc.) but in some cases found with knives etc. It's just a way of hiding their identity. I think it will just die out like any other craze. Another great American import.
