Receiving a letter from a consultant, copied in to the patient, slagging my practice off for a very reasonable prescribing decision made by one of my colleagues, has ground my gears this morning. I could do without the additional workload of responding to it.
Finding out that the grumpy old sod is still seeing patients when I thought he had retired has ground my gears a bit too.

All but one of the related threads to this one are to do with bikes!
The other is about dogs.
Doesn't grind my gears per se, just found it amusing. Think Lord Fetch needs to work on his algorithms...

Passive aggressive group emails that are obviously aimed at one person.
[A velociraptoring has been administered. Can't be doing with that sort of toxic workplace behaviour.]

Ordering a load of stuff online only to discover that it's all been reduced in price less than 12 hours later...and my order "cannot now be cancelled or changed"

[AtC - you have 7 days to cancel your order under the distance selling regs so you can cancel it]

[That's interesting, thanks Wobbling - perhaps it's because it's "ready for dispatch"? It's free returns so if I'm still feeling miffed I might just send it all back! M&S, by the way]

Jono, I've got a colleague who sits in an office that everyone else thinks is comfortable (a desktop thermometer reckons 24C) and constantly complains that it's freezing.
She is known to nip into meeting rooms in advance to check that it's to her liking. If its not you're liable to walk in and find the heating set to 30C...)

Argh, office AC. I hate it - ours is set to "arctic" constantly, which means even on really hot days you have to take a jumper/cardigan to work because it's too cold without one on.

noise
(I used to work in an office where one side of the office was occupied by cold people and the other (my side) by normal people. This meant that in winter they would have their radiators on full while we had our windows open. The outcome of this was that our cold air would circulate towards them while we got their stuffy air. Air similar thing would happen in the summer when we had our windows open and they were putting their jumpers on.)
