Velociraptor
People coming in a week after a car crash because "my insurance company said I needed to see a doctor".
This can only be because they indicated to the insurance company that they wanted to claim for "whiplash", so I invariably write "no evidence of neck injury" in the notes. But it annoys me to have to think of superficially decent people as being willing to defraud the rest of us.

\my boss driving and using his phone at the same time when I am in the car. He does it all the time when he is in the car on his own. I told him it was illegaland I asked him not to on several occassions yesterday and eventually had to confiscate his phone when he put it down. I really hope he gets caught one of these days before he does himself or someone else an injury.

Maybe next time I will threaten to throw it out of the window unless he stops using it! He is normally a sensible really nice bloke but he just cant seem to be separated form his phone for a moment.

Why hasn't he got a car kit? You should just cut the call off

Clueless
People who are past retirement age, holding down a job yet doing nothing but moan about the job, the management and the working conditions, even though they are on a 30 year old contract which entitles them to get their backside kissed every morning. And then spending their wages on packs of face wipes which cost £7.00 a pop and the like. They have no concept of team and are hell bent on being uncooperative, and yet are denying a parent with a family a job!

People who write for you requesting information about someone you agreed to give a reference for. As stated I agreed, but if you don't allow email replies because you need a signature, at least have the decency to send a STAMPED addressed envelope. I know it's only 40p, but miffed that I have to put a stamp on it!
