Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

The new digital advertising boards on the roofs of London cabs. Just how low can tfl go. As if cabs plastered with adverts weren't bad enough.

Ding Dong Jambomo on high!
Kay Burley and Sky News coverage of major incidents. Stopping and talking to people who are stunned and injured who should be getting help not interviewed. Kay to an upset witness: So what happened to the baby in the buggy? Horrible, heartless woman. (I believe the baby is ok). Video footage of injured and screaming people - adds nothing to understanding and is just some kind of voyueristic offering pretending to be news coverage.

I had some Meridian peanut butter yesterday, it was delicious. I normally buy Whole Earth. May swap brands now.

As you were.

Yesterday the wrapping on the sausage roll I bought said 'may contain nuts'. What? In a sausage roll? You're making em wrong.

Mince pies. Or, to be more accurate the flagrant and libellious misuse of the phrase 'deep filled' in relation to them.

#2 Kay Burley , and rolling news reporters generally on these occasions , doing everyone's thinking for them ...." This is a city seeking answers .." , " People are asking how this could happen .." etc ..Please , desist from making these crass , triite observations to pad out your news reports ..
