Terrible, terrible song lyrics and crap dancing. At my new gym. Bands like Girls (shouldn't be) Aloud, Pit Bull, Shakira, Ke$ha. There are subtitles and the lyrics are completely cringeworthy. Some of the videos are trying to tell a story and it's less complex than something you'd read in bed to a 1-year old. FFS. Who is buying this puerile drivel?

Your gym manager for one.
Most of those videos I've seen aren;t really suitable for anyone under about 20 even if the story's simple

Runners who can't be arsed to even grunt a "thanks" when you slow you own run to let them past.
If that was you on Colchester Rd, Ipswich at about 8:30 tonight you are an ignorant twat, next time I will just run into you.

So agree HOD. Sadly Mrs Star falls into the last category when she isn't either asleep or reading shite on the Daily Wail website.

The Labour Party playing the political game of getting behind Milliwho?, we all know you didn't want him, just admit it! Might have changed my allegiance in over 20 years with his brother at the helm - could have made a true statesman

But why would anyone want to take on the leadership of the Labour Party after Blair/Brown? If you have any political nous, you leave it for some stooge to take the flak in opposition for a few years and then relaunch Labour once everyone has forgotten how shite they were before.

My boss who supposedly started a fortnight's leave on Saturday, and then returned to the office at 11am this morning. Thankfully, I'm not at work until tomorrow afternoon, but what the hell? And in that one day he was away, he went and did a farm visit!!
I think it was all just a rouse and he never really intended to be on holiday at all.
