Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

That I paid a large cheque into my current account last Friday after closing as ISA and although it has cleared into my account, it is still not yet "available" - i.e. I can't transfer 3/4 of it elsewhere to pay for something else! Sent them a "secure message" to ask exactly when I can effect a transfer this morning - still had no reply. Pft!

About 7:45, are you just out for a run?

Yes.

Hang on can I just do this before you go?

One ******* hour later I still haven't gone for a run. Don't worry I was planning to get up at five so no rush. Grrr.

Went to the gym at lunchtime to find that the changing facilities are undergoing a deep clean and they're out of use.

"We did put some notices up."

"When?"

"Yesterday afternoon."

IMBECILES!

The use of the word " execute " to mean "achieve " or just plain "do " ....Originating from lunkheads in professional rugby , this usage has been transmitted , via the Olympics , to the outside world and even spotted on the otherwise cultivated pages of this site...You execute a U turn , dears , or a 17 th century martyr , not a mediocre PB .....!

Programmers usually want to execute people who ask for something then claim it wasn't what they asked for.

Men in races who hate being chicked. Especially ones who run very close and elbow you as you pass them.
