Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I’ve always found the kitchen fitter is perfectly capable of the design stuff, at least when it comes to knowing what will fit in where etc

We did a kitchen refit last year and initially tried the big companies with flash CAD design software. Eventually went with someone who drew it all out on squared paper, discussed all the options and gave an accurate price with no hidden extras. The result is superb.

The 'designers' at the big companies didn't actually have a clue.

Office "borrowing and not returning" behaviour in general. I can be a devil for it myself and have the pen collection and little stack of rolls of 1.25cm surgical tape to prove it.

People who think talking to each other from either side of a pathway is all that is necessary for social distancing, but never think to move to the *same* side (but still distanced) when someone else needs to pass.

that's an odd one - I know it's wrong but I've done it myself. I think the path feels like a barrier and thus safer.
