Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

GoFundme

Twice this evening I have entered correct debit card details to two different causes highlighted by blogs on here - and twice they've said my CVV number is wrong - when it isn't.
I think that this is because I refuse to tick the "gofundme can spam me" button.

This grinds my gears because I want to donate but I don't want the endless emails.

[It might work if you don't press the button and then unsubscribe from the emails when the first one arrives. I've done that before, but not with GoFundMe]

Reading about a jogger in Richmond Park who kicked a cygnet:

msn.com

The suspect has been described as a white man in his 60s, with grey hair, who is 5ft 6 inches. He was wearing black running shorts and a vest.

People whose confidence in their own moral superiority is only exceeded by their ignorance [yes, sometimes I am talking about myself when I say that].

IPA. Wherever I go, it's IPA this and IPA that. I can't stand the stuff and would like a proper pint of bitter, stout or porter. If it's not too much trouble. Thanks for listening.

That whining song that goes, "Love-love love-love I need two loos you love me." It's coming round far too often on the waiting room music loop.
