What really grinds your gears?

Over Xmas I saw a Twitter post asking ladies what they would do differently if there were no men in the world. I was surprised by the large number who indicated that they'd enjoy going for a run without being harassed / the fear of being harassed (or worse) That grinds my gears a lot.
