Not the first time it's happened either. Hoping my out of hours online complaint reaches them before the morning so they are forced to come ASAP. I find it worrying my council have a specific section and form to fill in on their website for this eventuality.

So they can't tell me until Saturday night what trains are going to be running on Sunday and where there might be rail replacement buses and the like. Sorry, but that is utter bollocks.
