Anticipation is a major and necessary factor when driving, especially when using box junctions and roundabouts. It’s not always possible however to anticipate when a vehicle is going to stop and prevent another exiting a box. I think that it might be worth while appealing against this Dio, if you have the stamina!

Not relevant, but I’ve found myself wondering whether anyone had ever been called on it. I agree that a penalty is harsh when you’re not blocking the junction.
