The "speech" rarely adds anything to what we were told at 7am. Really winds me up!

I could google it I suppose...] My GP surgery sending me a letter telling me Dr C is no longer my GP and instead I have Dr D. Which they didn’t bother doing either when Dr A retired (I saw it in the local news) nor when Dr B left and Dr C became my GP. I haven’t even ever seen Dr C. Why do they bother with this?
