I agree.
Leaf blowers in general but specifically my next door neighbour's leaf blower. He was out blowing last night at 1930 when we were having tea in the garden. Then he starts up at 1500 this afternoon. In a thunderstorm.

1st grinder - Vodafone signing me up for 3 months free Securenet to be charged after that period.
2nd grinder - When I click the link to deactivate I'm told incorrect link and forced to register on Securenet site to eventually deactivate.
I considered reporting Vodafone to the relevant body for signing me up for something without my permission.

This morning... the concept of Customer Service that does *not* serve the customer. e.g. We know you've checked in, but we're cancelling your flight. We've rebooked you for 28 hours later. That's no use. I need to be there on time for a business meeting. Please refund the outbound flight and I'll make alternative arrangements. If you cancel the outbound flight then we will cancel your inbound flight because it is a return ticket. I still want the inbound flight. Can't you just reissue it as a single? No because there is no room on that flight.
But there is room on that flight - I have a ticket for it... ... ... ...
And not only that but we will charge you for re-issuing the ticket because it is a 'change'.
[Not me, just a conversation repeated to me this morning by a once-loyal and very-angry customer]
This is one company, but there are many that operate the same unenlightened self-interest.

This was BA. Shocking degradation of customer service recently.
I say this as a current observer and a former BOAC Junior Jet Club member.
