I reassured him that Brooks and Asics are pretty well known for running shoes so he's going in the right direction there. I'll ask him about insoles next...

I know on Fetch we all know people 60+ doing marathons and achieving all sorts of fast times at 10ks and stuff, but it's not the norm is it?

I'm off to get a truck load of Dettol delivered and spend 16 hours a day washing down everything in the house - never mind the fact that there's air flowing into the house/footsteps in and out of the house etc. etc. what a load of tosh!
