MA. I've run 10 miles. My shoulders know that they swam yesterday!

Going for a long run early doors on bin day means less stinky festering bin smells and also that you see things like a fox running around with a shoulder of lamb in it's mouth that's twice as big as it's head.

It looks like a nice day today and my bike is staring at me so I might sneak out later. Tomorrow is a rest day.

Club TT and swim last night, swim and Z2 Zwiftery this morning, more zwiftery and run to follow.

I'm on holiday next week :-)

I have my second jab the Monday I get back

I start my new P/T job the Tues I get back.

I've booked the hottest day of the year for the Outlaw, as Kona prep. Hope that's OK Pix/Sweetie ;-)

Hold on to your water bottles at the Marlow Tri TRO, road surface is awful, last time I did it there were bottle everywhere on the road

I got them mostly because I get sunburnt very easily, yeh cooling effect is a bonus.
