Sounds like loads of fun from the blogs I've read - I'd love to do next year! Team of 8 sounds fine for me, I like the idea of some sleep inbetween laps.

Hey Tiggs and Karen you must both come next year and join the Fetch party it was really good.

Karen, it is quite family friendly, we took Mini and we all had a great time.

It does appeal being able to take a family support crew along! OH is an expert on setting up camp, he used to be an expedition leader in Nepal so a very good person to have around. I might even be able to coax him into running!

without wishing to put people off (esp those bringing families) i wonder how different we'd have felt if it'd poured down over the weekend and turned into a mud fest? all the mud going into tents, not sure those showers could have coped, and the toilets might not have stayed so clean.... :-0

They had mud the first year and everyone still raved about it :) a lot less people though .. They need a few more showers x

I emailed lord fetch the race organisers details and said he wanted mr fetch to get in touch . So we shall see if anything comes of it ! :) the race organiser was shocked he had never heard of fetch and all of a sudden 60 odd shirts were appearing lol
