We have a small oil-filled radiator which is good enough for the caravan and campervan. The caravan is really tiny and has a pop top which is good for headroom but bad for keeping the heat in. At night in the cold weather we drop the top and have the radiator on low. Works a treat. We have a bike rack on the van and the caravan. Very useful to hang the laundry.

I once forget there was a couple of towels hanging on the back and drove off from Seatoller down Borrowdale. Needless to say they weren't there when I reached Keswick
