Sat in my kit waiting to get out for a run, was very icy this morning so I thought I'd wait and go later but now it's snowing, might have to resort to the treadmill - ugh!

Tonight I'll be celebrating with 75 mins Z2 on t'watter and a swim

(doing actual berfday stuff Thursday/Friday etc)

I've done a bit of running and finally got to the 10,000 miles mark. Might try and knock up another 15,000 before I get to TROs age :-)

There's a new 50m pool opening up near me at the weekend so I'll be off down there on Saturday night for a tester.
The turbo is set up but has not yet been peddled on. I'll get there eventually.
