Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Stables but no grazing land. I find this odd. Do people actually keep horses without any grazing turnout. Or perhaps they rent a field nearby.

Roo in the aerial shots you can see strips of field, they own the second two, and two further down.

They aren't for sale, potential for housing development in a few years so bought as an investment, but you could turn out a pony into them.

The stables are used for storage of garden machinery and bikes etc

Wanting a doer upper? Or as the estate agent says "SW19 presents this exciting opportunity to acquire a complete blank canvas to create your dream family home."

Reported in the paper, and re-posted here. Hope you like the bathroom ... although I wouldn't describe that as a 'blank canvas'.

Only £695,000 though. You can probably rent it out for that for the tennis thing.

"In its current condition, the property would not be eligible for a mortgage, strictly cash buyers only."

Now where's my building society pass book?

I love the 'artistic' shot through the broken window. The photographer was obviously very pleased with themselves to feel the need to include that photo :-)

Amazing that it is still on for so much given the condition. That SW19 postcode is worth so much. Looking on Streetview, the one thing that doesn't need doing is the roof.

If you want a little less work and need a mortgage to secure your purchase, there is this one in the next road along. Could be 'worth' a million after it's done.
