Hoping to hit my 1000 mile running target. Less than 50 miles to go.

Walking target done.

I didn't get my pay rise at work this year, that was one thing I really wanted. I know I mentioned this on the 2024 thread.

Hopefully have cycling done tomorrow, running Tuesday & Swimming Wednesday.

Iโ€™ve never been a gym member so local baths for me but at ยฃ6 a time I can run to Wetherspoons have a breakfast muffin, do a couple of hours work with free coffee refills & run back giving me 4.5 or 6 miles depending on which Wetherspoons & still have ยฃ2 in my pocket - I really must get out of that habit !

1200 miles 'on feet' - done with 1244 so far, so a bonus of 200km 'on feet'
500 miles walking - done, 568 so far
Leaving 700 miles running. 24 to go, with 676 done.

Hoping all that adds up!

3 miles run
Spoons Muffin & coffee
3 miles run
3 miles ride

1242.9 miles which by my calculations is 2000.254km - yay

I now need 1.9 miles running to make 28000 lifetime

will start working on my swim target tommorrow.

need 4 miles walking :)

Made it to 2000 km riding fir the year yesterday.

Made it to 28,0000 miles running today.

Canโ€™t face swimming so that will be a fail !
