Incidents can be assigned one or more codes from a range of codes 0 -20. Each separate numerical code has it's own field. However, multiple sub-codes can be assigned to each field, (e.g. 13A, 13B, 13Z) etc. To complicate things further, each individual code has a text description, so it actually looks like (13A. This happened, 13B. Another thing happened...). When exported to Excel fields with multiple values have the second and any subsequent codes buried within the text of this field. At the moment I look for these multiple value fields semi-manually each month, but I'd love to just be able totrust an automated method.
