Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Sorry to bring this subject up but....

I have to say that i suffer lots with the dreded no.2 syndrome whilst running, happens most training runs but has never happened whilst racing and that includes the marathon !!!.

Take yesterday for example went twice , yes twice, before i ran and still end up squating behind a bush after i'd been running for about 10 mins. I some times think it could be the clothing i wear ( wick a way shorts) as they are tight to the body and so put pressure on the bowel thus helping to create the 'pop bottle' effect....

Orange - I used to struggle on most runs but over the last year things have got better. I still need to make sure I have a good clear out before I go, and I do get caught out sometimes, however it is better. Don't know why though, sorry.

ickle - beer-wine-grapes-fruit in general. All of these bother me.
