Evenings in garden or at the Allotment, hopefully a bit of running as well.

Woo - very excited about evening daylight. Looking forward to being able to garden on weekdays, and to the theoretical chance of being able to run in a semblance of daylight (in June, anyway)...

BST can't come quickly enough! Evening walks with the dog in daylight, commuting to work by bike, post work drinkies in the garden...
Also, running group is a bit dull in winter as we are limited to street lit routes, light evenings will see us heading into the countryside
Just need the snow to bugger off and some spring weather to arrive....

I don't think any of those things actually come with BST, do they? It's just a matter of time..

Thanks folks - keep your thoughts coming - I'm doing a wee article for the site on the difference it makes to us runners.

Don't mention all that Easter , that's our little secret *taps nose* Getting dressed to go out running is so much easier when it's warmer and lighter. A lot less kit faffage with no fretting about layers and gloves and buffs and hats etc.

Being able to run the trails in the evenings and feeling a lot safer as a lone female runner - feeling less like I'm going to be run over at every road crossing!

As a lone male (but wussy) runner, being able to run trails in the evening without worrying about breaking an ankle / tripping over a sheep will be nice too...
