One can do this in the comically expensive TrainingPeaks, I learn. Can we do it here, and if so where is it hidden, please?

Would this not lead to staying awake, worrying about whether one was sleeping enough or just not doing it right ?

You could always log it as either X-training: rest or X-training: bugger all; although it might be nice to have a X-training: sleep category

I'd have thought it would more logically sit with the 'weight/eat' tabs.

Month-end show and tell would be a bit odd if people started showing several hundred hours of extra cross-training...

I used to do it on the customisable fields in the training log, with sessions of "cross training bugger all" on the days i didn't run. But as those fields aren't graphable and as I'm sometimes an idle so-and-so, I never evaluated them.

Got something to say?
