Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Mr. K.
I was there. I went off too fast & spent 2.0 miles regetting it.....and how `enjoyable` was that loop of the cricket pitch????

Thanks for the shout Tia.

I`ll be back in July when the New Forest 10 is on.

I found the loop of the cricket pitch to be fine - though that could be because I do interval training around sports pitches from time to time and it just felt like the last rep of such a session.

Not sure when I'll next be down. I reckon that I should be able to get a quick time from it at some point! :)

At least the cricket pitch loop has no hills on it!!, and gives friends and relatives a great view of you enjoying your run ;-)
Two parkruns completed, lots of actual pb's so the course is living up to its fast billing.
