I this, will come in very handy I think.

I posted this on the graph thread: "Can we have the rolling 28 day graph back please? Makes more sense than weekly imo. In fact, the longer the period the better."

I can't be sure as there is no training to analyze in my log for the last couple of months:-o, but I think the rolling graphs on the race analysis are defaulting to weekly. I assume the ones in training are fine.

They show a weekly total, as I felt that this fitted better with most people and most plans, that focus on "what's the load in the heaviest week". The 'rolling' element of this means that the graph uses an average over the last X weeks to calculate that weekly total. If enough of you would prefer it, it shouldn't be a problem to offer both as options. It's up to you folks to do the shouting, otherwise I'll just do what suits me :-)

Haha, I just worked out what was happening, and you've answered my question on the other thread.

To be fair, I liked seeing how I was building my 28 day total too.

This is a bit OT, but any chance we could have a summary tool that showed training stats for a certain (user selected) period.

For example if I wanted analyse August 2011 to July 2012, I'd plug in those dates and get total mile over the period, and pace of different type of runs, etc (like the month summary on the log).

So a bit like the page that shows a month of your training log, but with the option to set the start and end date to whatever you'd like?

Is this page available through any of the menus, or do I have to come back to this thread to find it?

Another potentially revealing stat from looking at my own data...

My five longest runs before my PB half = 66.2 miles.

My five longest runs before my upcoming half = 53.0 miles. Although to be fair, number five is a fairly weak 8.8, so if I replace that with a 12 before race day, it'd boost me up to the giddy heights of 56.2 :-)

Yeah, I was thinking you wouldn't need each run individually like in the month page, but actually it would be good to have if it isn't to hard.

Drell - it's not in a menu yet, because I'm still mucking around with it. When I'm done, I'll give it a home.
