Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

A steady parkrun sandwich today to make up enough Kms for Run the Sum. And thanks tipsku my calf is still ok as long as I don't push too hard

A parkrun here to get it done. Harder work tomorrow as I have to find some free time to run.

57.5 Days of Xmas
Sneaked 5k in after 11pm. Similar underfoot conditions in my village as an alpine ski town.

Just over 25 minutes today, patchy ice with bare path so no spikes but lacking confidence to run faster

Wind and rain and actually got too hot. Haven't done that for a while. Went on part of Sandhurst parkrun route and the pond and river were getting very high.

Day 19 done, a late 10k. I'm looking forward to the next couple of days when I have a few lower mileage days.
