But why did they not at least cut out the sound of him wimpering and almost crying? JohnnyO, you sound a bit like that woman telling the story of nail trephining - she does sound a bit drugged up, you have to admit! Right, so what are my chances of a nice stream of blood after a week? No way I'm going to do that if it's too late already... |

I didn't say you sounded drugged up, JohnnyO, but certainly more hardcore than JaneyM and me... Good luck with your bath, Jane!

Thanks, PH. What are the chances of it being effective after a week though? As you can tell, I'm not keen on this, so wouldn't want to try it out if it was too late already anyway. Also, which part of it do I pierce? The tiny dark one at the bottom, or somewhere above in the bigger blue-ish area (there's a white and seemingly unaffected bit between the two)? |

Last year, it was awfully sore for about two weeks, was only able to wear sandals - but then accidentally pierced the skin (Hadn't known to do that before.), got lots of liquid out, and it got better quite soon after that. Which is why I thought a week wasn't much...
