Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ipswich half - 1:34:22, pb by over 5 minutes and nearly four over what I planned to run. More runners than last year, more spectators. A lovely morning!

Bright and fresh 5miles with my son who is 16 and newbee runner. He threw up at the end (that's my boy). Do you think I pushed him too much?

Da Big Guy
Parent and child 5K Burton Fun Run. My daughter and I, in this low key event, were defending champs. We thought we had won until the prize presentation when we were usurped by a dad and pretty mature looking lad. I saw them at the start but the lad was so tall I didn't think he was in our category.
